DEPOSITS
An initial deposit equal to 25% of total rental amount in USD forSea Village / Kona Magic Sands. The remaining balance is due 60 Days prior to your arrival.
You may pay by credit card. To do so Konjer will take your credit card number for processing. There will be a 4% charge for this service. Please, confirm dates/rates with Konjer at (925) 586-5337 or kranzini@yahoo.com.
CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
Cancellation must be made 60 Days prior to arrival. A $100.00 USD fee be retained for cancellation expenses. After arrival shortened stays will receive no refund. Cancellations made within 60 Days of arrival will only be refunded if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be for the days re-rented and subject to pricing.
OTHER FEES Hawaii State Tax of 14.95% and cleaning fee of $153.57 USD Sea Village / $128.95 USD Kona Magic Sands will be added to all reservations.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check out time is 11:00 AM. Smoking of any kind is prohibited and includes the lanai. Pets are not allowed. The House Rules Of Sea Village/Kona Magic Sands will be enforced. Sporting equipment such as bicycles, paddle boards or surfboards is not allowed in the unit or on the lanai. Service animals will require a non-refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500.00.
