Review #11628843 “A Million Dollar View!”
My family and I were lucky enough to book room #3114. Beautifully furnished, a stunning view, and we never had a problem finding a parking space. We were able to sip coffee on our lanai in the morning while watching Dolphins spin, splash and play right in front of us! We were even able to snorkel right in front of the condo! Close enough to walk into town for a meal or just to shop. I would deffently book here again! Mahalo for the chance to stay in your lovely home

This is a great condo and the pictures do not lie - you are truly oceanfront. The crashing waves are just amazing to fall asleep to. The lanai is huge, fully stocked with all that you'll need to enjoy Magic Sands beach next door. Literally just steps away - one of the best beaches on this side of the island. Just a short drive away from all of the shops/restaurants in Kailua-Kona or there's even a trolley that stops right in front of the condos that'll take you to town & back if Mai Tai's are going to be enjoyed. I can still hear the waves crashing, picture the incredible sunsets. I loved this place. Highly recommended.

Really. A ton of money must have gone into renovations for this unit--granite, tile, glass, and so beautifully decorated. Substantially-supplied kitchen and bathroom. Note: the VRBO picture of the kitchen is inaccurate as it is now granite counters all the way. Dock your iPod in the living room, grab a wake board from the patio, use the extra down pillows--it is all generously provided. The location is very accurate. Full ocean view, and if you turn your head to the left, you can watch beach goers. Nice walk to the farmer's market. Highlight: From the condo's patio I would watch the waves crashing onto the rocks below. Just before the waves broke, there were walls of clear water where I could see the tropical fish. Neat. I was quite impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the condo. The owners could charge more if they wanted to. Not that I would want them to, but I would definitely pony up the money.

Review #6183005 Wonderful condo
We spent 10 days in this wonderful condo, unit 3114. The view is great, the cross-ventilation was wonderful as it is absolutely oceanfront, and it is very nicely furnished. The washer/dryer do a great job and it is so handy to have them in the unit. The pool and spa worked well. The unit is very well situated in the complex with just wonderful views. It is on the first floor, so from the front door there are no steps to come into the unit, and in the back, it sits up from the lava rock edge of the ocean and back from it about 30 feet. The owner is just wonderful to deal with and always responded quickly. We look forward to returning.
